When you use Rizzly, we collect the following information:
- Account information: your email address and a hashed password when you sign up.
- Messaging-platform data: when you connect an Instagram, Messenger, or Telegram account, we receive your account ID, username, and an access token. We use this to perform actions you configure (reply suggestions, insights).
- Webhook events: Meta sends us notifications about messages, comments, and story mentions on your connected account so we can process your automation rules.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and manage your account.
- To execute automation rules you configure (DM reply suggestions, comment replies, story mention responses).
- To display account insights and analytics.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using Argon2. Access tokens are stored to maintain your connection. You can disconnect your account and delete your data at any time.
4. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, we remove your account information, connected platform data, and all stored webhook events.
5. Third-Party Services
This application integrates with the Meta (Instagram & Messenger) Graph API and Telegram MTProto. By connecting your accounts, you are also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
